Imonje calls for caution

The Muhoroni Youth coach Mr. Alfred Imonje is not leaving anything to chance as he prepares his charges for the epic battle against Karuturi Sport in the Tusker Premier League (TPL) encounter at the Oserian Stadium on Saturday 8 September.

Careful

The former AFC Leopards tactician has called on his players to be careful in the encounter and is not letting their 2 – 1 win over Karuturi in the first leg blight their vision.

Speaking just before the encounter, Imonje kept the belief that his team can replicate the form that saw them trounce Rangers in Nairobi the last time out so as to ease the relegation fears.

Big team

-We have to be careful in the game; Karuturi is a big team and despite beating them in the first leg I can’t count on that to drive us today.

-The boys are in good form and have been playing well lately so I just hope they continue that way and keep winning, he said.

Three points separate the teams with Karuturi a place above Muhoroni with 26 points in 12^th place.
