Hugo priming himself for a goal

On Saturday 28 September, Division One [Western Zone] promotion contenders Nakuru AllStars and Finlays Horticulture will be meeting in what is arguably one of the zone’s toughest match of the second leg.

Going into the match, Hugo Nzangu, who joined the club in June 2012, from Tusker Premier League side Gor Mahia, says he has a feeling his team will win, and that he will play a role in the win.

-It will definitely be a tough match for us, and in my own view, I think this is one of the matches that will decide our fate, Nzangu told Nakuruallstars.com, the club’s official website.

-I am confident we will win this one and I see myself scoring.

Objective

The player says it has been a while since he scored and he is looking to change the trend.

-It’s disappointing for a striker to go for me to go seven matches without a goal, so I will go into the pitch looking to break that run. If I don't score, then the least I will bargain for is an assist.

Teams

Both AllStars and Horticulture have 69 points, but AllStars, currently ranked second in the zone, have a one-match advantage.
