Homeboyz stand with Serenge

KSSSA National Finals
Kakamega Homeboyz are hoping to help head coach Fred Serenge get back to his best soon.

Serenge's dad passed on over the weekend and thus the head coach has been away from the club, assisting in burial preparations.

Homeboyz chair Cleophas Shimanyula says that the club will do all in it's power to help Serenge cope with the loss and return back to doing what he loves as soon as possible.

Big loss

- His loss is our loss too as we are a family that lives and breathes together.

- On behalf of the club, I would like to offer my condolences and to assure that we as a club will do all that is in our power to help the coach out during this difficult time.

- We hope that he can come back to the club in good shape after all this is over but for now, we work on ensuring that he is doing well, he told Futaa.com.

Postponed

In the process and as a mark of respect, Homeboyz have rescheduled their weekend clash with West Kenya Sugar from Saturday 3 November to Sunday 4 November 2012.
