Homeboyz respect Shabana

KSSSA National Finals
Kakamega Homeboyz will handle Shabana with respect when they meet over the weekend, head coach Fred Serenge has said.

Homeboyz host Shabana at the Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega on Sunday 28 October 2012 knowing a win will push them closer to promotion to the Tusker Premier League.

Shabana's lowly status means that Homeboyz will be expected to win, but Serenge is not playing that card.

Concentration

- We are very well and are preparing as hard as we can. It is a game against Shabana who are not in a strong position in the league.

- Despite that, we are working as hard as we can and the players are concentrating. We will treat them just like we do all our closest rivals. We will play it like a final as we really need the points, he told Futaa.com.

Homeboyz are four points clear atop the FKF division one Zone B league, while Shabana are placed in position 14.
