Homeboyz boss hails FKF

Kakamega Homeboyz patron/sponsor Cleophas Shimanyula has lauded Football Kenya Federation [FKF] for assigning qualified Tusker Premier League referees to handle their remaining Division One League matches.

This comes just a few hours after the Western Zone League leaders mauled GFC 105 5-0, in a league match handled by a topflight whistle-blower Haji Adede.

Good decisions

According to the patron, the TPL referees are doing a commendable job.

-I am very impressed with the way the TPL referees have been officiating our games, said Shimanyula to futaa.com.

-As far as I am concerned, since they were appointed by FKF I have not witnessed any incident of bad refereeing.

-Some people have been complaining that we are favoured, but with the appointment of the new referees the results continue to speak for themselves.

-We are even much better than we were in the first leg and I thank the federation for the implementation.

Pledge support

With the Kakamega-based eyeing a topflight promotion next season, the patron has pledged to give them full support.

-Both the technical bench and players are doing a good job.

-As their sponsor, I am very happy with their performance and I will continue supporting them, said Shimanyula.
