Esperance will set a record for the longest unbeaten run in the African Champions League if they avoid defeat against AS Chlef on Friday.
The Tunisians have not lost in the competition for 19 matches, a run stretching back to April 2011.
Esperance have already won Group A and advanced to the semi-finals, while Algerian side AS Chlef are pointless and have been eliminated. Sunshine Stars of Nigeria are second in the group.
Meaningless
The champions will face off with AS Chief in another meaningless match against AS Chlef.
In Group B, TP Mazembe and Al Ahly are battling to top the table. The pair go into the last round of group matches level on 10 points and have already made it through to the last four.
But victory for four-time champions Mazembe away to Berekum Chelsea of Ghana would guarantee the team from DR Congo first place on head-to-head records even if Ahly complete a double over Egyptian rivals Zamalek.
