Kenya Coach Henri Michel is expected to name a strong starting line-up for today’s (Tuesday 16 October) eagerly awaited international friendly match against Bafana Bafana of South Africa, at Nyayo National Stadium.
Given that it will be the Frenchman’s first assignment as Harambee Stars coach since his appointment in August, Michel is likely to integrate several players in the squad.
Strong team
Ullensaker KISA’s keeper Arnold Origi is expected to retain his place between the posts, whilst Brian Mandela and Godfrey Kokoyo are likely to partner at the heart of defense together with Edwin Wafula and Christopher Wekesa beefing-up the defense.
Victor Wanyama, who’s been in a brilliant form for Celtic can play a holding role just behind Tusker’s midfield wizard Peter Pinches Opiyo.
Racing Genk’s Ayub Timbe and Francis Kahata are expected to play on the flanks with AJ Auxerre’s talisman Dennis Oliech likely to partner Andrew Tololwa of Mathare United upfront.
