Hall vows to crack whip again at Sofapaka

Sofapaka

Less than two weeks after sending four players packing at the 2009 Tusker Premier League (TPL) champions Sofapaka, newly appointed coach Stewart Hall says he will drop a few more players by season end.

The Englishman watched his team come from behind to beat KRA 2 – 1 in the President’s Cup quarterfinal match at the Nairobi City Stadium and speaking after the encounter said he is still assessing the players and will send three to four packing by November.

Might drop more

-We didn’t change our style of play after the Oserian game because there are some things I was looking at and after evaluating the performance today, I should say I might drop three or four players before the season ends, he said.

George Owino and Osborne Monday got the goals for Sofapaka after falling to a Michael Macharia goal.
