Haji glad at win, unhappy at his performance

Haji Mwachoki

Despite the win over Kenyan Premier League (KPL) new comers Oserian on Sunday 25 March that saw them leapfrog Tusker at third place in the standings, Chemelil Sugar striker Haji Mwachoki is not at peace.

Emerged unscathed

The former Gor Mahia and Thika United striker is angry at himself for an uninspiring performance though he admits he derives some comfort in the fact that his team emerged unscathed in the encounter.

Chemelil Sugar next meets Sofapaka and the striker is already working towards a better delivery in the game against the 2009 KPL champs.

Make up for it

-I was glad to see us leave Naivasha with all the three points because Oserian is not a very friendly place for visiting teams. I am however not happy at my output. The game didn’t go according to how I had planned but I hope to make up for it in the next game when we play Sofapaka.

-I know they are also another hard side to face at any given time but I am putting in a lot of dedication to see that I give my best, he told futaa.com.
