Green Berets hopeful of survival

After the resignation of Mathare Youth from the Eastern Zone of Kenya’s Division One league, Green Berets, moved to the unenviable position of second-from bottom.

With relegation looming, Berets’ head Coach Grado Sande says he is optimistic that they will survive the chop.

-The going has not been very easy for us, with the league becoming tougher by the day, Sande told Futaa.com.

- I, however, still believe we have the strength to survive to avoid relegation and we shall all we need to do to stay up.
