Green Berets have the potential to be serious contenders for promotion, head coach Grado Sande opines.

Berets had a stuttering 2012 season in the FKF Division one and are looking to atone for it in the coming year, with a strong display and according to Sande, they are in the right frame.

Strong

- Our pre-season has been good. We have played a good number of friendly matches that have shown me where we are as a unit.

- The aim this season will be to ensure we are competitive throughout and give ourselves as much chance of finishing in the top places as we can, he told Futaa.com.

Mid-table

Berets were mid-tabel finishers last term.
