Gor-AFC Top 8 Pre match gets underway

Despite the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) giants AFC Leopards insisting that they will not honour the Top 8 encounter against Gor Mahia on Sunday 29 July, the organisers have upheld plans for the tie.

No AFC officials
The pre match meeting for the game at the Moi International Sports Centre (MISC) Kasarani is currently underway but there is no AFC Leopards representative at the function that is meant to be attended by both sides’ officials.

However, the Gor Mahia team manager Mr. Tom Ogweno is at the meeting at the KPL offices.

Also available are the designated match officials; the centre referee Sylvester Kirwa, assistant referees Aden Marwa and Steven Maina, reserve referee Nasur Doka and match commissioner Paul Kaunda.
