Gideon Ochieng in talks with City Stars

Kenyan Premier League side Nairobi City Stars is in talks with their coach Gideon Ochieng over a possible stay in the club for the next season.

The team manager Laurence Njenga confirmed to the futaa.com that the coach’s future was still not guaranteed since he was yet to hold some crucial meetings with the management.

-Gideon is in talks with the management of the club and is yet to conclude on his future. If all goes well then we expect to retain him here next season so than he can plan his squad for the next season, said Njenga.

Ochieng helped the Kawangware side escape relegation after a turbulent season that saw them finish just a spot above relegation zone.

They will now have another chance to prove themselves in the Kenyan Premier League come next season and they hope Gideon Ochieng has the magic.
