Gatundu looked on course to collect a well deserved win but were stalled by a late effort from the tax collectors to secure a share of the spoils, Sunday 21 October 2012.
Moses Munyui opened the scoring for Gatundu on 20 minutes but KRA equalised just before the break, with Evans Kiwanuka converting.
Better side
Gatundu were the better side in the second half and deservedly took the lead again through George Ndichu on 68 minutes.
They held on to their lead until late in the day when KRA again rallied to take a share of the points, with Hassan Mohammed's goal salvaging some pride for the home side.
Gatundu are in the relegation places with 31 points from 35 games played while KRA are ninth with 44 points from 33.
