Former international set to open academy

.

Former Kenyan international defender Ezekiel Sacchi Akwana’s ambition to give back to society is almost coming to fruition as he will be unveiling a sports academy in two months time.

Sulwe Sports Academy

Sulwe Sports Academy, as it will be known, will be situated at the Kilimani Primary School and will be open for children within the range of eight to fifteen years and will cover all the major sports.

Confirming this to futaa.com, the former Mathare United defender said the finer details about eligibility will be communicated in a month’s time and called on parents with disabled children also to take advantage of the opportunity once it rolls out.

Seize the chance

-Sulwe Sports Academy will be opening officially in two months time at the Kilimani Primary School and will cover all major sports and not just football. The opportunity to join will be open to children between 8 – 15 years and we will also be taking those with disabilities so I urge parents and guardians to seize the chance.

-At the academy there will also be programmes on life skills and general etiquette since we understand this is an important aspect in a sportsman’s life. Next month we will give out the finer details about how to enrol and everything else, he said.
