Flowermen not giving up yet

Finlays
Despite the pain in the knowledge that they have blundered, Finlays Horticulture are not ready to give up on their Premier League promotion hopes yet.

The flower outfit, for so long the one's thought to be Kakamega Homeboyz' chief challengers for the lone FKF Division one Zone B berth to the Premier League are now off the pace in the same regards.

This follows a dissapointing barren draw at home to Timsales on Sunday 21 October 2012, meaning they are now five points behind the leaders with four matches left to play.

Team Manager Kenneth Wafula despite the gap, says they will fight to their last breath.

Tried their best

- We were really dissapointed with the Timsales result because we dominated from start to finish. We were the better side and had alot of chances which we could not take.

- The encouraging thing is that we played well and sadly, we did not take the points. That is football.

- We however know that despite all this, we still have a genuine chance of progressing to the Premier League and we will not give up at all, until the end of the day.

- We will give our very best and hope that things go our way. We hope eternally, he told Futaa.com.

Play Homeboyz

Finlays will have to hope that Homeboyz drop some points before they meet in the last match of the league this season.
