Flower Men okay with weekend point

Karuturi

Tusker Premier League side Karuturi Sport has admitted that the weekend point at home against visitors Nairobi City Stars was welcome.

Head coach Michel Nam told futaa.com that the team was appreciative and was now targeting on improving their record into the last matches this season.

Point welcome

-We are thankful for the weekend draw at home. Being a game of such intensity we did not mind even a draw since it pushed as a step forward.

-Nairobi City Stars were very tactical and strategic and they only needed a draw or a win just like us. This means a result that boosts our chances of surviving in the league.

-We welcome the point and look forward to the next match towards the end of the season.

Karuturi managed a barren draw with Nairobi City Stars at the Oserian Grounds on Saturday 27th October 2012.
