Football Kenya Limited (FKL) CEO Joseph Malu has been suspended indefinitely.
The suspension kicked off on Saturday in an FKL National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting.
Malu had been appointed as the secretary General (SG) about four months back taking over position of Thabit Mohamed who was sitting in an acting capacity for the former SG Sammy Obingo who was kicked out for “insubordination”.
The position has now been taken over in an acting capacity by FKL’s technical Director Patrick Naggi.
Malu is said to have been suspended after having been brought from a non football background into football by Titus Kasuve, a case that did not go down well with the NEC, amongst other issues.
