FKF assures FIFA on projects

The local football governing body Football Kenya Federation has given an assurance that it will be keen on ensuring that all projects are started and completed in time.

Speaking while accompanying the FIFA Senior Manager of Development Programs Africa Francesco Bruscoli in a tour of the projects, FKF chair Sam Nyamweya assured that the projects will be fast-tracked.

-We are extremely grateful to FIFA for visiting Kenya and assuring us of their continued cooperation and assistance.

-This shows that FIFA is happy with our efforts of jump starting football activities which had been neglected for many years due to wrangles.

Nyamweya emphasized that the federation will complete the projects as stipulated with FIFA’s support. The World Soccer Governing Body however expressed pleasure with the pace at which the projects were being undertaken.
