The exit door at Kenyan Premier League (KPL) side is still wide open as more people are finding their way out of the 15th placed team. After the earlier confirmation that stand-in coach Jafar Gichuki had parted company with the side it has since emerged he is headed to Mombasa.
Set for Bandari
The player who was out in the first leg of the KPL with a knee injury is set to join Division One Zone A side Bandari FC as the team continues with their campaign to get back promotion to the top flight.
According to the team’s coach, Rishadi Shedu, they are still in negotiations with the winger and he expressed his conviction that a deal will be reached soon. He also confirmed that the team has slots for two players before closing the transfers chapter.

-We are interested in getting his services because he is an experienced player and can really help push our cause. However, at the moment I can only confirm that we are still in negotiations; I think we will reach a deal soon.

Bandari is third in the standings with 34 points, six adrift of the leaders Kariobangi Sharks.
