Elly Kalekwa: Sudan trip preparation for second leg

Sofapaka top dog Elly Kalekwa has confirmed an invite by Sudan’s Al Hilal and his club, the 2009 Kenyan Premier League Champions and 2007, 2010 Domestic [FK] Cup winners Sofapaka will honor the call and spend at least four days in Sudan before returning home.

The club has a meeting this morning and discussed, amongst others, the itinerary for the invite

On their part, Al Hilal who made the final eight for s second year in a row of the Us$ 1.5 million winner-take-home CAF Champions League, will use the game as a tester to the first group tie against Nigerian powerhouse Enyimba on the 16th of July 2011.

Apart from Enyimba the African kings in 2003 and 2004, Al Hilal will be up against Morocco’s Raja Casablanca and Cameroon’s Coton Sport in Group A.

Batoto ba Mungu will return on time for their first second leg clash with 2010 champions Ulinzi stars, a game set for Sunday July 10 at the Nyayo National Stadium.
