In line with the ongoing partnership between the Kenyan Premier League [KPL] and sports goods manufacturer Umbro, each team will now receive twenty balls , of which 15 will be for use during training and the remaining five for league matches.

This means that the Umbro ball now becomes the official ball of the league replacing the previously-used Mitre brand.
According to KPL’s officer in charge of Logistics and Operations Frank Okoth, the teams are advised to collect the balls from Riadha house.

The KPL-Umbro partnership is now in its third year, and initially provided strips [minus the shoes] for referees.
-Since the referee-kitting agreement did not cover footwear, we [KPL] have now decided to purchase shoes for the officiators starting 2012, Okoth told Futaa.com.
Some of the KPL teams collected their goodies on Monday 12th while others will were expected to collect theirs from Riadha House on Tuesday 13th.
