Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has postponed the Division One Zone B tie between Kisumu Municipal and Zoo Kericho FC that was scheduled to be played on Saturday 8 September 2012.
Confirming this to futaa.com, FKF Zone B Head of fixtures Evans Rono said that Zoo Kericho wrote to FKF requesting for the postponement to enable the whole to attend the burial of the team’s immediate former Organizing Secretary on the scheduled match day, Saturday 8 September.

-The match between Kisumu Municipal vs Zoo Kericho has been postponed to allow the latter to bury their organising secretary.Dates on reschedule shall be communicated later, Rono told futaa.com.
Zoo Kericho is eleventh in the 20-team Zone B table with 35 points from 27 games while Kisumu Municipal is 13th with 33 points having played the same number of matches.
Kakamega Homeboys tops the table with 63 points from 28 matches while former top-tier side Agrochemicals is second with the same number of points but the former has a superior goal difference.
