Congratulatory messages and lots of praise have been ushered upon the Coast U17 Boys team, the winners of the 2012 Boys Copa Coca Cola National Championship.
Talent at the Coast is in abundance
The Coast Boys team claimed the Championship thanks to substitute Omar Mwinyi’s solitary goal that saw the team go past eastern 1-0 in the final played on Saturday 28 July 2012.
-I congratulate the team for emerging winners of Copa Coca Cola, said Hussein Terry, the National Executive Committee member from Coast at Football Kenya Federation (FKF)

is in abundance. The win is one to be appreciated as it has been over 20 years
since a team from the

Hosting the National event
- I wish to congratulate FKF National office for considering hosting the National event at the Coast and the Coca Cola for sponsoring the event once again, said Terry on a call from Cairo Egypt where he is with the Kenya U20 team for an African Youth Championship (AYC) tie set for Sunday 29 July
Over and above the Championship trophy, Coast landed the best disciplined team award and one of their own - Ahmed Mahfudh landing the best player Award.
