Combative Gunners midfielder eyeing loan move

Ghanaian born Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong has admitted that he is not ready to make a return to Gunners’ first team action.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Frimpong admitted that he needed some more time to acclimatize after a rupture in his right knee locked him out of action since February.

The 20 year old has however been featuring for junior gunners and believes that a loan spell will help him quicken his return.

- I don't want to push myself if I'm not ready and I don't think I am ready for the Arsenal first team yet either.

The player is set to feature for the team in their Capital One tie on Tuesday evening.
