Cohesion dispels need to unveil at KCB

KCB Bench

Kenyan Premier League side KCB will not need to unveil the new players ahead of the season kick off over the weekend across various venues in the country.

already a unit

According to the club coach James Omondi, their fresh acquisitions have already blended fully into the squad and were playing as a unit hence a ceremony would be taking them back.

-The players that we sign during the current season are already simulated into the system hence there is no need to hold a ceremony for them.

Against tradition

-It is also not in our tradition to keep showing players like they are new yet they have already adapted to our style of play.

Omondi however assured that his players are ready to take on every opponent they will encounter especially against the military men in the first match of the next KPL season.

The bankers will be seeking to better their ninth place finish in the league last season as the league kick off. They face former champions Ulinzi Stars in the opener on Sunday 12 February 2012 at the City Stadium.
