Magongo team
Division One Zone A side Magongo Rangers lost all their two matches this weekend, losing 2-0 to second-placed Kariobangi Sharks on Saturday 8 September and by a similar margin to MOYAS the next day, Sunday 9 September 2012.

The team is now thirteenth in the 20-team table with 29 points from 28 matches. Former top-tier side Bandari FC is top with 63 points having played 29 matches.

Top ten

Magongo Rangers Head Coach Abdulnassir Mohammed conceded defeat in both matches and was quick to point out that the team’s main target is to finish among the top ten.

-I joined this team at the beginning of the second leg and signed several players. I must say that I’ve seen great improvement and I know things will get better, Abdulnassir told futaa.com.

-Our main goal is to be among the top ten teams at the close of the season, he added.

The team will play fifteenth-placed KSL Thola Glass in their next league match on Sunday 16 September 2012.
