Coastal side decries unjust treatment

.

Coast based Division one side Admiral FC has come out guns blazing after their opponents Kibera Celtic had their wish granted to have the match postponed from 6th October 2012 to 7th November 2012.

Less than 72 hours

In a communiqué to FKF, the club lamented that there was selective application of the law since the request was communicated to them less than 72 hours before the match which is unacceptable.

- We frown against FKF implementing the Rules and Regulations it has set selectively and in favour of certain clubs in our Division.

The club is now demanding that they will only take part in the match if they are reimbursed all their expenses that they previously incurred which amounts to Kshs 45,000.

This money has been broken down to Match officials [5,000], grounds [15,000], player allowances [20,000] and security [5,000].

The communication related to a recent case where Sparki Youth’s request to have their match against Kibera Celtic moved was turned down by FKF terming it as a late call.
