Nairobi City Stars, fourteenth in the 16-team Tusker Premier League table with 24 points having played 26 matches, is among the teams that could probably be dropped when the league comes to a close.
However
However Team Manager Lawrence Njenga is optimistic that the team will perform better in its remaining matches and therefore avoid the chop.
-We are aware that we are in a tight situation and might be relegated if we mess in the upcoming games. The morale within the team is high and I know we will do well and avoid relegation, Njenga told futaa.com.
Games
-We have very difficult games ahead but we will do our best and pick maximum points, he added.
The team will play KCB, Karuturi, Rangers and reigning champions Tusker in its last league matches.
