Kenya Premier League Nairobi City Stars came from one goal down to hand Tanzanian Premier League Champions Simba SC a 3-1 beating, in a match played at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
In the match Simba picked a goal in the eighth minute, which they defended to half-time.
Into the second half, City Stars’ head Coach Gideon Ochieng came up with a winning strategy that saw Duncan Owiti, Boniface Onyango and Bruno Sserunkuma find the back of Simba’s net in the 50th, 68th and 81st minutes, respectively, to leave Simba a dismayed side.
