Kenyan born midfielder Amos Chona Ekhalie featured full time in his team Mariehamn’s Veikkausliiga match away to Haka at the Tehtaan Kentta Stadium in Finland on Friday 14 September as the two sides drew 1 – 1.
The home side was the first to get on the score sheet with Finnish born striker Claudio Matrone notching a 12th minute goal.

Mariehamn, however, clawed their way back courtesy of Swedish forward Matias Wiklof’s 34th minute goal to see the teams go for the break all even and both sides failed to add to the scores in the second period.
With the score line, Mariehamn remains rooted in fourth place with 41 points, six adrift of league leaders Inter Turku while Haka is second from bottom with 23 points.
