Chemelil TM confident of Ulinzi scalp

From 1500hrs this Saturday 1 September 2012, Chemelil Sugar will host 2012 league Champions Ulinzi Stars in the only Tusker Premier League game set for the weekend.

Heading into the game, Chemelil Sugar currently placed tenth in the 16-team league with 27 points are on a 12 game winless run.

Despite the streak of no wins that began with a 0-0 draw with Nairobi City Stars on 28 April 2012, Team Manager Hillary Ouma believes that trend will end with an Ulinzi win

- It has been long since we won a game but from the way we have been playing in recent games the team has become a lot better

Chemelil’s last league win was a shock 1-0 win over Sofapaka on 31 March 2012. In the very next game, the team fell 2-1 to Ulinzi, whom they now plan to knock down at Chemelil.
