Chelsea-man doubtful for AFCON semis

Chelsea hit-man Salomon Kalou is doubtful for Ivory Coast ahead of Wednesday’s African Nations Cup semifinal clash against Mali.

According to mtnfootball.com , Kalou has battled with a hamstring injury through the tournament and faces a fitness test hours just before the game against Mali in Libreville.

-We are concerned about him but he is showing signs of recovery. We’ll see before the game but we hope to be able to play him because he is a major player in the team, the Elephants coach Francois Zahoui told a media conference.
