Champions League: Celtic draws Barcelona

After edging out Helsingborg in the play-off stage of the UEFA champions League qualifiers, Celtic, the team that Kenyan Victor Wanyama plays for, has now landed in the same group [Group G] as Barcelona, Benfica and Sparta Moskva, after a draw for the 2012/3 UEFA Champions League Group Stage draw conducted on Thursday 30 August in Monaco France. 

Valencia 

Holders Chelsea fall in Group C pair with Italian Serie A winners Juventus. 2011/12 Champions League runner up Bayern Munich are in Group F together with French Ligue 1 side Lille as well as Spanish side Valencia. 

English Premier League Champions Manchester City fall into what is the Group of death after being paired with Real Madrid, Germany's back to back league winners Borussia Dortmund as well as Dutch side Ajax. 

Arsenal and Manchester United fall in Groups B and H respectively.
