CAF: Sudanese vow to floor opponents in semis

Al Hilal

Sudanese side Al Hilal has promised to qualify for the Confederations Cup finals by seeing off their semifinal opponents Djoliba AC Bamako in both matches of the semis starting Friday 2 November 2012 in Mali.

Speaking to cafonline, Al Hilal player Narcisse Ekanga assured that the club would all in their power to ensure that they got the ticket.

Tough battle

- It will not be an easy match at this advanced stage in the competition. Djoliba have qualified after topping Group B. They will also play with high spirits after winning the Malian super cup.

-They have prepared themselves well, but we will fight tooth and nail to win on Friday. We are looking at putting on an impeccable performance and to obtain a good result.

Al Hilal is expected to face the Malians in the first leg of their semifinals before playing the return leg a fortnight later in Bamako Mali.
