Mumias Muslim Boys humiliated Musanda Secondary School 3-0 in the semi-finals, on Saturday 14 July, to set-up a Regional Secondary School Games final date with Shiatsala Secondary scheduled on Sunday, at Mumias Sports Complex.

Enterprising winger Bakari Tatah Okutoyi scored a brace after Ibrahim Wanga had put Muslim on the lead.

In the other semis, Daniel Otaro propelled Shiatsala to edge-out Butere Boys 1-0 in a highly contested match.

Thorough beating

Meanwhile, Butere Girls white-washed Bulimbo Girls 9-0 in a one-sided Girls’ semi-final as Rehema Academy defeated Shiatsala Secondary 1-0 to advance to the final.

The girls’ final match will start at 0900hrs before paving way for the boys’ final at 1100hrs.

The winners will represent Mumias District in the provincial finals to be held from 19^th to 22^nd July at Kakamega High School.
