Bobby Ogolla: Oserian was not an easy side

Bobby

After their Wednesday 29 August 1-0 win over Oserian FC, Gor Mahia’s assistant Coach John Bobby Ogolla made it known that Oserian had come out strongly and had given a good account of themselves.

Gor’s goal was netted in the 29th minute, by Rama Salim, after Oserian keeper George Ochieng fumbled with the ball inside his box.

-Oserian were not pushovers and at some point they had a better ball possession than us, said Ogolla in post-match interviews.

Relaxation

Ogolla also noted that they had allowed Oserian plenty of playing space.

- I think we should have finished them early, in the first half, but we did not win and that is why it was the way it was.

The win helped Gor move one slot up the standings, pushing Ulinzi Stars from the fifth place.
