The flowermen, who are looking for inspiration as they head towards the end of the current Tusker Premier League campaign, will be without Siruma for the clash with Chemelil Sugar on Saturday 29 September 2012.
Having picked up his fifth yellow card of the season, he will miss the Chemelil clash as he serves a one match suspension.
Regular starter
Siruma is a regular starter in head coach Micheal Nam's squads and will be highly missed when the sugar millers come to town.
Karuturi are close to the relegation places and will need to secure maximum points in the clash with Chemelil to ease pressure as the league's run-in takes shape.
The flowermen are currently placed in position 12 in the league, nine points above the relegation places.
