Beckham dispels favorites’ tag

LA Galaxy and Former England skipper David Beckham has called on patience as the sides prepares for the Play-In Round Final match against Whitecaps on Friday 2 November 2012.

Speaking to soccerway.com, the 37 year old midfielder revealed that the team needs to take every game seriously and keep working hard.

Play-In Round Finals

- There are no underdogs in a one-off game, in my eyes. We believe that we are good enough but at some points this season we haven't been good enough so hopefully they are out the way and we can push through and win the game on Thursday and move on.

Fourth placed Galaxy [Western Conference] is set to face fifth placed Whitecaps in the Play-In Round – Finals of the Major Soccer League at the Home Depot Center California.

Play-In Round Finals will determine who finished in the fourth position on the standings in the final stages.
