Bankers still wary of relegation

James Omondi
KCB are still not safe from relegation, head coach James Omondi has admitted.

The bankers run out 3-1 winners over Rangers FC in a Tusker Premier League match played on Monday 24 September 2012 at the City Stadium in Nairobi.

With the three points, they climb further up the standings and are now ten points off the relegation places, but with the nature if the league this term, Omondi is not ruling out relegation just yet.

Still need to win

- We have collected a good win which has lifted us up the standings.

- However, we are still not clear of relegation. We still need to win our next few games and ensure that we are as high up as possible.

- If we can get positive results in our last matches, then we will be okay, but we are aiming for a top eight finish, he said in his post match press brief.

Tenth

KCB are tenth in the Premier League with 30 points from 25 matches played.
