Bankers replace KPL counterparts for AllStars date

Kenyan Premier League side KCB will face Division One side Nakuru AllStars at the City Stadium on Wednesday 8 January 2012 for their last friendly match of the pre-season.

This was confirmed by the club head coach James Omondi while giving the final preparation plans for the Bankers ahead of the season kick off over the weekend.

Worthy preparations

-We are going to host the Nakuru based side for the friendly before we get down to what we think will be a very competitive season.

-I believe that will be a quality friendly in readiness for the fast approaching season coming weekend.

KCB now replaces their KPL counterparts Rangers who were scheduled to play AllStars on Friday this week after plans fot the earlier match were shelved.

The match will kick off at 12noon with the players expecting a tough challenge froma team that has proved a tough handle to KPL top cream among them Tusker and Ulinzi Stars.
