Bankers keep faith in top8

KCB

Tusker Premier League bankers KCB are focused on a top8 finish and have vowed not to be stopped by anything with their strong squad.

According to Coach James Omondi, the team wants to win the Monday 17 September 2012 match against Tusker, a result that could propel them into the top eight bracket.

Targets a win

-A win in this match could push us up to seventh which is a step in the right direction for the team, said Omondi.

KCB is placed 11th on the standings and pressure is now on them to maintain their recently regained shape.

AFC Leopards fell victim of this building form three weeks ago when they went down to a surprise 0-2 at the Nyayo National Stadium.

They finished ninth last season but the team appears determined to improve on that at the end of this season.
