After handing Kenya School of Law [KSL] Thola Glass a 6-1 humiliation in their Saturday 9 June Division One match, Bandari FC’s head Coach Rishadi Shedu was left gloating.

-We simply were the superior side, Shedu told Futaa.com.

-My players had their objectives well spelt out and they met each and every one of them.

His counterpart, from Thola, Stanley Munyasa, found himself hard at pains to explain the day’s result.

-We had travelled overnight and we did not have enough time to rest.

-Fatigue may have played a part in our loss but again, a defeat is a defeat and we must accept it.

Standings

The result saw Bandari stand firm at the fifth position in the Eastern Zone of the second tier league, as Thola sit three positions from the bottom.
