Bandari not celebrating yet

Bandari Team

Even with the promotion out of the Eastern Zone of Kenya’s Divison all but handed to Bandari, the club’s head Coach Rishadi Shedu still thinks it’s too early to celebrate.

Speaking to Futaa.com, the tactician said that as long as there are some matches left on the log to play, they will continue to regard the ascension bid threatened.

-Our position on the standings is very encouraging but we want to make sure we make the promotion without leaving doubts behind, said Shedu.

-To this end we have to ensure that we are on our best footing in our remaining matches.

Standings

After 33 matches, Bandari have 70 points, 12 infront their closest rivals, Bidco United, who, however, have two matches at hand.
