Bandari proved their worth at the hands of visiting AFC Leopards by holding the Tusker Premier League giants to a 1-1 draw, in a friendly match played on Saturday 13 October, at a packed Mbaraki Stadium.
The hosts dominated the early stages of the match, creating many scoring chances but failed to convert them into goals.
However, their efforts were rewarded in the 44th minute thanks to Naftali Tevulu’s strike, putting Rashid Shedu’s men in front.
