Bandari advised to recruit carefully

After successfully getting promoted to the Tusker Premier League, Bandari FC are strategizing on how to stay in a league from which they fell at the end of the 2011 season.

To help them get on the right path, Admiral FC’s Technical Director Aref Baghazally says that the team needs to work on its player-recruitment structures, with the aim of getting the best footballers in its ranks.

Advice

-Bandari made the premier league through hard work and they must ensure that they put in place the structures to help them compete well in the league.

-Top on the list is the recruitment of players-The team needs to ensure that the roster they have for the season is the best and this will be guaranteed by hiring fine players during the current window, Baghazally told Futaa.com.

Performance

Bandari beat 19 other teams to emerge the best in the Eastern Zone of the Division One league.
