Azam Coach rues missed chances after loss

Azam FC
Azam Head Coach Stuart Hall said that failure to utilize chances was the main reason the team lost to Yanga FC in the CECAFA Kagame Cup final match played on Saturday 28 July 2012.

-We created a lot of chances that we did not utilize. But I believe we've done our best in this tournament and we'll work on our mistakes, he said.

Ripples

The team was started four years ago but has caused ripples in the Tanzanian League finishing in second position last season behind Simba.

It is also home to Kenyan international defender Ibrahim Shikanda who is the vice skipper at the side and 2010 Kenyan Premier League (KPL) Player of the Year George Blackberry Odhiambo.
