Atudo fully healed, ready for Rabat clash

Azam defender Jockins Atudo, who injured his shoulder in their 30 March Tanzanian Premier League match against Ruvu Shooting says he has recovered well and is looking to feature in their CAF Confederations Cup return leg match against FAR Rabat of Morocco.

Atudo was lined up to start in their first leg match against Rabat played in Tanzania, but he was forced to step out after only seven minutes of play, having aggravated the injury.

He now says he has overcome the injury.

-As at now I am not feeling any pain. The shoulder is very much ok and I can fully apply myself in the match, he told Tanzanian independent journalist Bin Zubeiry.

In the match, to be played on Saturday 4 May, Azam need at least a 1-1 draw  to advance to the next round.
