Asieche ready for Muho challenge

Sofapaka midfielder Elli Asieche, who will be making his return to action for the 2009 Kenyan Premier League (KPL) champions in the Friday 6 July match against Muhoroni Youth has declared his readiness for the game.

The youngster believes that the team is well prepared for the 1930hrs kickoff after training well and affirms they will be going out in an attempt to bag the three points up for grabs.

Ready for it

-I am happy for this chance to get back to the squad and I am ready for it. We have trained well for it as a team and we’ll be going out to apply all that we have learned. After that loss to AFC Leopards, we just want to get a win in this game, it is my hope that we can do it, he told futaa.com.

This will be Elli’s sixth start of the season for Sofapaka after five starts in the first leg and two appearances from the bench.
