Amenga away in Netherlands, team promises to impress

Amenga

Going into their Saturday 11 August Division One match against Bidco United, Kibera Celtic will be without head Coach Mike Amenga, who is in the Netherlands attending a UEFA B-level coaching course.

However, the team currently under the stewardship of assistant Coach Michael Oduor, has promised to do him proud, as they await his return.

This is according to the club’s Chairman John Oyoo.

-In bettering his skills, our Coach is doing well for both the club and the country at large, Oyoo told Futaa.com.

-This is because he will come to employ the tactics he picks with the team and whenever the national team needs a person of his qualification, he will be available to offer his tact.

-We shall be playing one match without him but the players have assured me that they will be out to get a result that will impress their coach.

Standings

Celtic are currently ranked 14th in the Eastern Zone of the Division one league.
